About us
Future Move e.V. is a non-profit association aiming at providing a stage for people and their issues, who have so far only been marginally visible in cultural and artistic life, through and with art, dance and movement.
With Future Move e.V., we want to offer a platform to form artistic and cultural networks, cultivate relationships and create structures in which artistic projects, cultural education workshops and interdisciplinary formats can be initiated.
Our mission
We want to create a non-judgemental place for reflection, exchange and encounters, where people come together, try things out, are allowed to fail, push boundaries, learn from and with each other, strengthen each other and come into an exchange through their shared passion for dance and movement.
Our projects and formats are intended to promote art and culture and emancipatory cultural education. Through our work we want to enable access and participation, empower people and support them in their artistic development.
Activities
Through Future Move e.V. we try to contribute to an open society and actively campaign against exclusion, racism and discrimination.
We realise the aims of the association through:
- the organisation and implementation of artistic and socio-cultural projects,
- dance and cultural education workshops for people of all ages, especially from marginalised groups,
- cultural-pedagogical offers in the school and extracurricular sector,
- the organisation and realisation of national and international encounters of people working in the arts and culture,
cooperation with other associations, institutions and organisations pursuing the same or similar goals in order to strengthen relationships and promote structures.
Future Move e.V. is an association of artists, scientists, art and culture professionals and people interested in enabling cultural participation for all people.
